About the Class

Combining the different schools of yoga, we will move gently and purposefully through our practice as we learn to connect with our personal breathing pace. Using our props, or choosing not to, we will adjust each exercise to fit our body’s needs for that moment. Resting in some of our easy postures for a few minutes, we will reset and restore.   All levels welcome.

This is a hybrid class being offered both virtually and in-person.
