We’ll guide you through a series of core-strengthening, body-lengthening exercises that focus on alignment, flexibility, and balance that’ll make you feel stronger and more centered. No previous experience necessary—just bring yourself, a mat if you have one, and a willingness to move at your own pace. We have extra mats if you need to borrow one. Everyone is welcome, and modifications are offered to ensure you feel comfortable while getting the most out of each exercise. Come have fun, stretch, and build strength in a supportive, encouraging environment! Instructor Bio: Sabrina Hansia has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. What started as a quest to lose weight and overcome the mental and physical effects of an injury turned into a love of getting strong and moving the body through weights and Pilates. As a busy mother of 3, she understands the need to find a balance between family, work, and the benefits of all movement, but especially strength training and Pilates. Sabrina specializes in training women and thrives in helping them learn the numerous positive effects of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
