About the Class

In this 45-minute session, we will work on strengthening and stabilizing the core and postural muscles and flexibility for the hips.  Strength, stabilization, and flexibility can help alleviate low back pain.  Session size is up to 4 participants.  Renew Active members receive 50% off drop-in rate from 10am to 3pm Monday thru Thursday!
