About the Class

Flexibility alows your body to move fluidly and in coordination.  It frees up the body to move as a coordinated unit without the risk of injury. This class mixes self-myofascial release techniques with dynamic, active, and static stretching.  Come find relief from mild aches and pains with stretching!  Class size is up to four participants.  Renew Active members receive 50% off drop-in rate from 10am to 3pm Monday thru Thursday!
