Yoga for moms is the perfect class for anyone that has EVER had a baby, whether it's been 6 weeks or 6 years. This is a place for us to gather and explore how yoga feels in our body after giving birth and with the daily challenges of caring for our littles. This class is about self care and making time for you! Classes will focus on rebuilding strength, releasing tension, and building flexibility through opening poses and light vinyasa flow. This class is open to all birthing people and all levels of experience! We welcome anyone that has already given birth and has been cleared by their midwife or doctor to exercise.
