The One Day Express Childbirth class was fantastic. My husband and I had a lot of questions and fears going into the class, and felt very well informed, educated, and at-ease by the end of the class. The instructor did a fantastic job going into depth about what can be expected during birth, how to advocate for yourself, what interventions might happen and how you may make decisions about such interventions, how to avoid interventions and tearing, addressing and releasing fears, how birth partners can support, and so much more. Highly recommend this class for first time parents.
