Vinyasa means ‘to place in a special way’. Our vinyasa classes cultivate awareness of the connections between mind, body, spirit, and the greater community. They frequently unite the movements of the body with the cadence of the breath. The pace of our ‘vinyasa’ class is steady and sustained. Each instructor plans and sequences their class in their own special way - based on their lineage of teaching and the needs and desires of the students in the room. All levels are welcome.
