About the Class

Vinyasa means ‘to place in a special way’. Our vinyasa classes cultivate awareness between the connections of mind, body, spirit, and the greater community. They frequently unite the movements of the body with the cadence of the breath. The pace of our ‘solar vinyasa’ class is more upbeat, building gentle internal heat, strength, and endurance. Each instructor plans and sequences their class in their own special way - based on their lineage of teaching and the needs and desires of the students in the room.All levels welcome. Please note that none of our classes are heated.
