The SomaVeda® Protocols include a primary program consisting of seven distinct sessions spread over seven or more days. Advanced Therapeutic Day Programs may extend to over 20 or 30 individual sessions, integrating the basic protocol and additional treatments as necessary. It is important to note that SomaVeda® Therapeutic Day programs are customized for each client based on their unique health and balance needs. Consequently, the protocol will differ from one client to another and will evolve over time in terms of focus. The program aims to achieve a balance of physiological/structural, psychological/emotional, and energetic/vibrational elements. This includes, but is not limited to, 1) all primary Chakras, 2) more than 700 Marma vital points, 3) all primary energy lines such as Meridians and Thai Sen Lines, 4) the five Doshic Bodies, 5) the three Primary Doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), Ayurveda Pulse (Nadi Vignyam), and 6) over 300 therapeutic Yoga Asanas or postures. The SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Therapeutic Day Protocol consists of seven sessions over seven days: Session #1: Intake, Traditional Vedic and Naturopathic Clinical Assessments, and a Short General Balancing Session Session #2: Supine Position Intensive Session #3: Side Lying Position Intensive Session #4: Prone Position Intensive Session #5: Abdominal/Torso and Leg Stretching Session #6: Seated Position Intensive Session #7: Long General Session and Re-assessment The total contact time averages 10.5 hours. All programs/sessions encompass Assessment, Sacred Therapy, food-nutrition and supplement counseling, as well as Mental-Emotional and Spiritual counseling by a Certified NAIC minister/counselor. Depending on the session and client needs, programs may utilize a Traditional Thai Yoga Mat, Table, or Chair.
