About the Appointment

Somatic Reiki for Trauma sessions bring together Reiki, somatic experiencing, and nervous system healing tools. Sessions will take place on a massage table and may include breathwork, sounding, gentle movement, body sensing, resourcing, and visualization. Reiki energy will be offered throughout the experience for the purposes of deepening, healing, and regulating.
