(Low Intensity - Open Level Group Class) Our HOW TO HATHA Yoga class is designed to help you build a strong foundation in yoga by focusing on the alignment of the body, breath, and mind. Suitable for both beginners and intermediate practitioners, the class will guide you through a series of classic yoga poses, combining gentle stretches, strength-building asanas, and mindful breathing techniques. We begin with a grounding meditation to set the intention for the practice, followed by a warm-up to prepare the body for movement. The class then flows through a sequence of standing, balancing and seated postures, ensuring a well-rounded approach that allows for deeper exploration of postures (asanas), strengthens muscles, increases flexibility, and promotes relaxation. You will be encouraged to move at your own pace, listening to your body and adjusting postures as needed. The focus on breathwork (pranayama) will help you stay present, cultivating inner calm and mental clarity.
