In this class, you'll engage your core and activate your muscles through a series of controlled, precise movements designed to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Using only your body and a mat, this class focuses on alignment, muscle control, and breath, making it perfect for all levels of fitness. Starting with a brief warm-up to prepare the body, we'll flow through a series of classical Pilates exercises, targeting the abdominal muscles, lower back, hips, and thighs—key areas for improving posture and stability. You’ll also work on flexibility, lengthening the spine and improving joint mobility. Throughout the class, emphasis is placed on quality of movement over quantity, ensuring each exercise is performed with focus and precision. Breathing techniques will guide you through each movement, fostering mindfulness and helping you build both physical strength and mental clarity.
