Spent a relaxing and renewing time in salt therapy. Within minutes my breathing was clearer, my skin felt so smooth and the headache I had was gone. When it was over I was pleasantly surprised to feel the inflammation in my body reduced. When I stepped outside and felt the sun and humidity on my skin it felt like a day at the beach. Looking forward to booking another session.

Lovely time. It was my first time at a salt room. Accommodations were very clean and pretty. The front desk attendant was so lovely and sweet and explained the whole process very well. I would definitely visit again when I am in town!

I had an AMAZING first experience at The Salt Room last week for an infrared sauna session. The suite was private and I loved being able to adjust the temperature and the light color as well as connecting my own music. I zoned out for my session and was able to fully relax. I'll definitely be coming back!
