This class consists of passive strengthening and stretching asanas (postures), for all ranges of motion of the arms, legs, and spine, combined with breath-work to cleanse the blood, channels, and organs. Classes end with a deep restoration pose to relax and recover our hardware (the body) from practice, followed by a resting seated pose to feel a balanced state of Central nervous system (CNS) and maybe experience the yogic samadhi of blank consciousness that can purify and restore our software (the mind).
