About the Class

This 75 minute heated class weaves together breath, movement and yogic philosophy for a sweaty meditative experience. Build heat through vinyasa sequences, working steadily toward your edge in peak poses. Regular attendees can expect to grow in strength, balance, and flexibility on and off the mat. Liberal use of props and individual posture modifications are encouraged for learners to discover their favorite expressions within a pose.

Special Instructions

This class is gently heated to 90 degrees using our state-of-the-art Infrared Heating Panels. Please take all precautions necessary and make sure you have water to stay hydrated.
