The Release Protocol is a guided session that works with your body's innate intelligence to clear stored stress, emotional imprints, and subconscious blockages. By using muscle testing, we tap into your body’s natural responses to identify what’s holding tension—helping you reset the nervous system and restore balance. Unlike traditional bodywork or talk therapy, this method bypasses the thinking mind and works directly with the body’s energetic and subconscious patterns. We take a whole-body approach by first balancing the body to its baseline, creating a stable foundation for the session and enhancing its effectiveness. Using yes-or-no responses from your body, we pinpoint areas of stored stress. From there, we guide you through either: Direct findings – Bringing awareness to specific emotions, experiences, or patterns that your body is holding. Guided visualization – Helping you shift and repattern how these imprints affect your body and mind. Who Is This For? This session is ideal if you experience: Chronic stress or emotional overwhelm Recurring or acute physical pain or tension with no clear cause Feeling stuck, weighed down or disconnected Persistent thought or behavior patterns that don’t seem to shift What to Expect: Sessions last approximately 1 hour, and no prior experience is needed. Most clients feel lighter, clearer, and more at ease immediately, while others experience shifts that unfold over time.
