Meditation Studio

Bare Feet Power Yoga is a neighborhood yoga studio located in
the West Loop. Our community is passionate about connection, the
mind body connection and our connection to the community around us.
Rooted in the practice of Power Yoga, the Bare Feet experience
takes students to their physical edge through breath and movement,
allowing challenges to be met with grace and stillness along the
way. Our space ignites yoga’s power of transformation and is a
catalyst for spiritual awakening. We believe yoga is for everyone
and has a profound ability to empower, heal and elevate us to a
life full of happiness and ease. 

We have a variety of classes, experienced teachers and teaching
styles. Whether your first time ever on your mat or you’re ready to
get reacquainted to your practice, we hope you’ll follow the happy
