Meditation Studio

Willow Lane Yoga & Wellness is a boutique fitness studio
offering yoga, mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Fuse Ladder and the
MELT Method. We also offer infrared sauna services and have a
licensed massage therapist to offer massages. We intentionally keep
our classes small to offer you personalized instruction in a group
setting. Our Pilates instructors are comprehensively certified
meaning they have had training on all of the Pilates equipment in
the studio: mat, reformer, EXO Chair, Cadillac Trapeze, ladder
barrel and spine corrector. Our mission is to not just help you in
your fitness journey, but in your overall wellness.

This package is intended to get you ready for our group classes. You will have four private sessions customized to your needs and goals. Schedule an appointment with one of our movement specialists today so you can confidently move in one of our groups classes.
