About the Class

This class is geared towards those new to reformer or a movement pro looking for a great foundation focused workout. These classes are a slower format and incorporate: classic Pilates moves, stability and functional movement patterns. Most of class will not include props or standing on the reformer, we may occasionally stand and use one prop such as a magic circle, ball or resistance band.  Intensity Level:1- 1.5
