Does the FUSE Ladder intrigue you but intimidate you? Welcome to
the 101 series of FUSE Ladder. This class is designed to give you
all the ins, outs, ups and downs of this amazing apparatus. The
FUSE Ladder has many of the qualties of a tower or stall ladder
used in other Pilates and ftiness studios. We suggest taking a
minimum of 6 of the 101 classes to get started on this apparatus.
Once you see the versatility of how the FUSE Ladder can compliment
your Reformer and mat classes, you'll want to take a FUSE Ladder
class regularly.

Fuse Ladder 101

Willow Lane Yoga & Wellness is a boutique fitness studio
offering yoga, mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Fuse Ladder and the
MELT Method. We also offer infrared sauna services and have a
licensed massage therapist to offer massages. We intentionally keep
our classes small to offer you personalized instruction in a group
setting. Our Pilates instructors are comprehensively certified
meaning they have had training on all of the Pilates equipment in
the studio: mat, reformer, EXO Chair, Cadillac Trapeze, ladder
barrel and spine corrector. Our mission is to not just help you in
your fitness journey, but in your overall wellness.
