This class focuses on building and maintaining bone density, muscular strength, balance, stability and range of motion to maintain flexibility. This class meets in the ladder/mat studio and we will be using any apparatus and all props that are available. We move a bit slower and create safe strategies for movement. Prerequisties: Participants must be able to stand for approximately 45 minutes and be able to get up and down independently off the floor. Intensity Level: 1
