As Southern Indiana's first salt therapy center, we offer an oasis for peace of mind and relief for the body by way of salt therapy and halotherapy.    Float Therapy Float therapy involves stepping into our spacious float rooms and lying back into 10 inches of skin-temperature water that's mixed with over 1000 pounds of Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate, MgSO4). You'll float effortlessly for up to 75 or 90 minutes, enjoying silence or music, colorful lights or pure darkness. Not only is floating great for relieving aches and pains in the body, it's a blissful break for your brain. Halotherapy To experience the benefits of halotherapy, we invite you to spend 45 minutes in our playful, peaceful salt cave. Breathe in the salty air while you rest in a treehouse cave environment like you've never seen. You'll gaze at the glowing Himalayan salt tile art wall, feel the texture of loose Himalayan salt on the floor, and breath deeply as the pharmaceutical grade salt (sodium chloride, NaCl). Infrared Stone Therapy Rest in our peaceful lounge for 30 minutes atop our infrared stone therapy mat - loaded with 13 pounds of natural amethyst gemstones, 33 tourmaline stones, and 30 natural jade stones. You can choose to experience PEMF therapy and photo light therapy, along with an eye/temple acupressure heated massage while listening to binaural beats to help you rest deeply.
