About the Class

This all levels flow combines the beautiful practices of Yin and Hatha Yoga. The first half of class is designed to connect with the breath as you flow through a mindful yoga sequence. The latter half of class focuses on holding certain postures for 2-5 minutes as you explore the benefits of Yin yoga. Yin yoga helps target the connective tissues of the body improving mobility, flexibility and range of motion.
