Jessica made her full-time home in Lovell in July 2024 after moving from Cape Cod.  She works full-time remotely and goes back to the Cape once a month. She taught Inferno Hot Pilates and Power Flow on the Cape, most recently at Evoke Wellness in Hyannis and previously at Hot Yoga Cape Cod located in West Barnstable. Jess' teacher training was intense and went into depth on how to be a successful instructor by giving modifications for everything and being very verbal with detailed cues, explanations, etc.  She has been looking for a studio in the Fryeburg area and is looking forward to practicing & teaching!
