About the Class

Join Brittani for a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and accomplished by the time you leave RHW for the day! This class offers lower, upper and core exercises using bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells and more. Total Body Strength is BEGINNER FRIENDLY and a great way to learn proper form during exercise. The instructor will guide you in the right direction so you can feel more confident on your own.  Please bring water to class!
