Come back to the beginning and move consciously. This is a
moving meditation and will be safe for all participants. Breath and
movement will combine to help you feel better inside and out.

training facility for students and teachers of GYROTONIC and
GYROKINESIS. We offer all the specialized equipment the work has to
offer. We have many highly trained instructors to help you
meet your goals. We work with physicians and physical
therapists to help you heal any injuries you may
have. 
 
The
GYROTONIC®️ exercise system stretches and strengthens you in
three dimensions. We first address your spine and core muscles,
which are the most important part of your central
nervous system. Then we address your limbs, through your
peripheral nervous system, making you stronger and
more flexible all over!
