The Infrared Sauna is a 30 minute session.   Come enjoy our private Infrared Saunas. Infrared saunas offers a range of benefits, including improved circulation, cellular repair, stress reduction, pain relief, and detoxification. They also promote better sleep, improve cardiovascular health, and contribute to skin rejuvenation. The temperatures can reach up to 175 degrees.   *Please note that this modality, Infrared Sauna, is the regular IR Sauna and differs from the Halo IR Sauna/Salt Combo.
