About the Appointment
Accepting new NC residents! 1-on-1 Nutrition Counseling with a Registered Dietitian via Telehealth. Now accepting BCBS, UHC, Aetna, Cigna, or MedCost Insurance plans. Most plans cover nutrition counseling at 100%, meaning they are FREE to you. If you are unsure of your insurance benefits, please go ahead and request an appointment. You will receive a HIPAA-compliant Google Form via email after authorizing your credit card where you will provide your insurance information. Once you complete that form, we will call your policy's representative to ask if you are covered or if you have any copays to be paid at the time of appointment. If you are not using insurance, or if you do not provide us your insurance card within 24 hours of this online request, the cash pay rate is $124 for each 60-minute session. 30- and 40-minute follow-ups are available at a discounted rate. You will be charged at the time of your appointments.

We require a HSA, debit, or credit card authorization in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please note that this is a virtual appoinmtent. You will get the links for your intake form and appointment at a later date from our HIPAA-protected site called Kalix.
