Slow Flow

About the Class

Come chill out on your mat in slow flow!  Slow flow is great for finding mental focus, and clarity as you move through your week. This class will have more movement, and deeper stretches than a gentle class, and will encourage a connection of breath and movement, but move slower than a standard Vinyasa-style class. This class is here for you any time you would like to slow down physically and mentally.   All are welcome! No prior experience or knowledge of yoga is necessary. Mats, blankets, and blocks are available if needed.
