An innovative “circuit training” style workout designed to create a functionally fit, functionally strong body using traditional and non-traditional exercises in a fun and energetic team environment. Each day starts with 20-25+ minutes of cardio followed by 25-30 minutes of strength training. Monday, Wednesday and Friday have an upper body strength focus while Tuesday and Thursday lower body. The Saturday routine provides both an upper and lower body strength option.
