Special Instructions

What to Bring: Your (own) yoga mat. What To Wear: Comfortable clothes such as strecthy pants, short sleeve or long sleeve shirt, and socks to keep the feet warm (for healthy energy circulation during breathing and meditation). Please wear as neutral colors as possible to keep your and other's focus inside. Please Remember To: CHECK IN at the Front Desk before going up to class. We take attendance for security upon entry. SILENCE your phone before class time, as to not disturb the class flow. If you are expecting an important call you may leave your phone with the Front Desk. They will alert you immediately.
