About the Class

This is a core focused workout that will involve creative and fun ab, back, glute and other core muscle group exercises along with dance-inspired stretches to make you strong but also flexible! Core exercises train the muscles involved in almost all daily activities to work in harmony. This leads to better balance and stability.  It is the perfect workout to start your day out right and have you leave class feeling super strong! Mats, weights and other equipment may be used during class time. Some Benefits of Core Exercise & Stretching Have fun while increasing endurance and blasting fat! Calories will continue to be burned even after class is over! Prevent injury through strengthening core muscle groups. Increase overall Strength. Reduce back and lower body joint pain. Improve lifting muscle mechanics. Better balance, stability, and posture. Have Greater Flexibility.

Special Instructions

-RESERVING SPOTS DAY-OF: Please come early to reserve a specific spot inside the room for yourself ONLY. -PREPARE YOUR SPACE IN ADVANCE: Please come 5-10 minutes early to set up any necassary equipment for this class such as steps with a mat underneath, weights, bands etc.  -WAIT LIST DAY-OF: Pre-booked members who have not arrived by 10:30am will be considered as no-show. The room will open up at 10:30am for anyone who arrived early to wait, on a first-come first-served basis. Class will be CLOSED for entry after 5 minutes (10:35am).  -PUT ALL ITEMS BACK INTO THEIR APPROPRIATE PLACES, NEATLY: Please clean up after yourself after each class, and check for any personal belongings which may have been left behind. -NO UNAUTHORIZED CELL PHONE USE INSIDE THE STUDIO DURING CLASS -INDOOR SHOES ONLY: Please prepare indoor sneakers or exercise shoes worn in studio only.  -SELF-SANITIZE: Please make sure to wipe down and sanitize any shared equipment used for class before putting away neatly.
