Wellness Studio

We are an all inclusive fitness and wellness center.
On the fitness side we focus on Functional Training,
Foundational and Corrective Exercise, and Postural Restoration. We
offer private sessions, semi private sessions, and small group
classes.
On the wellness side we focus on bringing healing and
restoration to the body. Gabe is a lisenced body work therapist who
developed his own therapy called “Nerve decompression Therapy”.
This therapy is a gentle release of the nerves. As nerves become
fixed they lose their ability to stretch and flow which causes the
pressures in the body to be off. With interference in the nerve
signals the body begins to set into a state of dis-ease. This can
cause pain, anxiety, digestive distress, stress on other systems of
the body, migrains/headaches, behavior and mood disturbances etc.
We work with all ages from 6 day old babies to 90 year old clients.
We work with athletes as well as people with neurological  and
autoimmune diseases.  We also use other therapies such as
visceral manipulation, neural reset therapy, and gentle myofacial
release.
All clients are required to fill out an assessment form, sign a
waiver of liability and cancelation policy before participating in
any activity or recieving any therapy.
