Hi, my name is Misty Muhlenberg and I am a AFAA certified instructor in Group X Fitness, and a Spin Instructor.  I teach aquafit, spinning, and Circuit.  I have been certified since 2006. I have experience in Civil Engineering and I put my physics and math together in Fitness and how the body works.  I enjoy working out and I enjoy making you sweat.  But, seeing your joy on when where why and how you exercise is really my excitement.
