Middle School-F.A.S.T. Summer Performance Camp

About the Class

Our Functional Athletic Sports Training (FAST) Performance Camp is our flagship summer program.  This class is specifically for our middle-school aged athletes. Join our team of sports performance experts to discover your performance boundaries, then break through them! This 8-week program will focus on speed, agility, strength, nutrition, and recovery. Our team of sports performance coaches will lead groups through physical activities all geared towards making the upcoming sports season your best ever!  Testing will be conducted at the beginning and end of the program to document athletic improvements throughout the program. This will include vertical jump, broad jump, pro-agility shuttle, 40-yard dash, 300 yard shuttle, and other upper/lower body strength tests.  Athletes will be given nutritional information to assist with their training goals!  In total, the program is 24 sessions. 24, 16, and 8 session purchase options are avaible to allow you to book the sessions that fit with your schedule. Sessions are offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Special Instructions

Participants must dress in appropriate athletic attire. For males, t-shirts, tank tops, shorts, and sneakers are recommended. For females,  t-shirts, tank tops, shorts, and sneakers are recommended (sports bras without a t-shirt or tank top are not permitted.) Athletes should bring sunscreen for each session as we may use the outdoor turf facitilies as weather allows.  Athletes should also bringa  waterbottle with their name on it for each session.
