I've been a registered nurse for 20 years and my career is in the home health and hospice care industry, primarily in leadership and healthcare operations.  Experiencing years of high-stress work and eventual burnout, I sought out wellness practices to support my wellbeing.  This led to me wanting to help others find their paths to better health and wellness.  I became certified in sound healing and became a health and wellness coach.  I love bringing the experience of sound healing and its benefits to others.
