About the Appointment
Indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience at our Eugene, Oregon location with our luxurious infrared sauna sessions. Unwind, detoxify, and rejuvenate your body and mind as the gentle warmth of infrared light penetrates deeply, promoting detoxification and enhancing circulation. Red light therapy is available in the sauna at no additional charge. If requesting only red light therapy with no heat, please make a red light therapy appointment.
Special Instructions
The sauna is in a private room, allowing you to undress to your comfort level. We provide everything you need for your sauna experience, including towels. A staff member will lay a clean, fresh towel down for you. Please ensure you sit on the towel while using the sauna to assist us with keeping the sauna clean for other guests. We can provide you with water if you need it. Hydrogen water is available upon request. Please do not take our water bottle home with you. Showers are not available, but we provide as many towels as you need.
