About the Class

This non-traditional yoga class is for all bodies interested in applying yoga and movement to their everyday lives, or rehabbing from old injuries and being a modern human. From gentle to advanced, everyone will find something they love in this class. Bring a tennis ball/therapy ball if you are joining online, a ball will be provided for loan if you come in person. We may also use a foam roller and other tools. We will do some traditional Yoga moves, non traditional movements and specific movements/stretches designed for YOUR body. We will also talk about how to apply these movements to every day life.
