About the Class

This class is open to all and will provide you with a yoga sequence to stretch your body, aid in circlulation of blood, lymph and energy!  We will begin with various breathing techniques each week, and simple warm-ups.  No expereicne needed.  Exercises will be timed and participants can work at their own pace - advanced students can also find challenge in this class.
