Special Instructions

Cancellation Policy:  To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule online or by calling/texting 412-206-9837. Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of the start of your session will incur a $70 late cancel fee. Canceling or rescheduling within 4 hours of the start of your session will incur a charge for the full cost of the service. If we are able to book another patient at the time of your appointment, we will waive the fee.
