About the Class

A non-vinyasa-based yoga practice that focuses on increasing awareness, flexibility, and stability of body and mind, Hatha I includes centering and warm ups, pranayama, sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, gentle backbends and twists, forward bends, restorative inversions, and savasana. All are welcome, but some experience with yoga or movement practices is preferable.
