Sunday Candlelit class is HeartSpace’s way of inviting students to look within and to tap into the collective energy. Everyone’s practice is different, the postures are going to look different and we want that, the energy brought to the room and the no talking is the key to inviting the students to follow suit. This class, the instructors will lead the sequence with minimal queues and transitions. Sunday Evening Candlelight Yoga : Renew is done in the candlelight. It is a gentle vinyasa flow and some yoga postures. Vinyasa is a term used to describe continuous or dynamic movements between yoga poses. This flow of movement is excellent for getting your heart rate going and working up a sweat. Vinyasa can also help increase flexibility, strength, stability, calmness, and focus. Even if you do not wish to practice vinyasa yoga, the use and applications of this term are essential to understand as a dedicated practitioner of yoga. Yin Yoga encompasses long held, static stresses of the deep connective tissues allowing them to be remodeled. It may include props and it does include long holds and mindfully reducing stress.
