Yoga program is for all. The class will use props such as straps, sandbags, balance mats, bolsters, yoga block, foam rollers and facsia balls to help with tension and getting into poses. While the class will work on stretching out the muscles you use in various sports using Yin Yoga. The program will also work to strengthen the opposing muscles. Strengthening these opposing muscles will work to reduce injuries. Also working the core and upper body to give you more overall strength and conditioning. Balance will also be worked on using single legged standing postures and dense foam pads to provide some instability. To help with muscle tension balls and foam rollers will be used to work out the knots and tension.
