The trend toward Wellness can get
lost in the belief it's achieved only thru costly retreats,
temporarily trendy practices or luxurious getaways to retire the
soul. This makes Wellness sound unattainable and most certainly
unsustainable to the average single parent or person living on a
fixed income struggling to stay afloat. When in reality, most of us
are practicing some form of Wellness, perhaps in a small way, but
we sometimes need help seeing this.  We frequently need
encouragement to do more. Some is better than none and Wellness is
something we not only have a right to, it should never be based on
affordability. Everyone should have a place they can cultivate
their own Wellness, discover and explore what it looks like for
them and have the resources to attain it.  This is what Thrive Moves is
all about.  We are
a Co-Op that offers two magnificent studios with ample space, daily
classes and structure for moving your body, your mind or
both.  We believe
everything’s you need to achieve Wellness of Mind & Body lies
within you, but most need guidance and choices to consider their
passions and contemplate their individual path toward increased
sense of well-being.
We offer a wide range of therapeutic
movement classes that will move not just your body but also your
mind through yoga or tai chi, sound baths, meditations or
labyrinths.  New learnings like bee keeping, jewelry making or
open mics help to move us.  Here at THRIVE MOVES  we understand NOTHING HAPPENS
until SOMETHING MOVES!
We are determined to do both because
we know it can be done but need the help of our community to do so,
we need to be your studio of choice.  Choosing to support small
(tiny actually) our individual business owner teachers gives us as
a co-op studio the opportunity to offer you classes more affordably
than any other local studio has chosen to do.
