Deepen connections and find your flow building endurance, coodination, and control. This class explores classical connections and choreography from Joseph Pilates' archival work, informed by modern functional movement principles. Our small group classes work with up to four people using mixed apparatus, mat exercises, and props. All bodies are welcome to explore, connect, move, and play! We highly recommend starting with a Free Movement Consult or Private Sessions if you have any special considerations or if you have never worked with the Pilates equipment before.
