This class moves at an intentional pace with room to ask questions and options to add challenge or support. Our small group classes work with up to four people using mixed apparatus, mat exercises, and props. All bodies are welcome to explore, connect, move, and play! We highly recommend starting with a Free Movement Consult or Private Sessions if you have any special considerations or if you have never worked with the Pilates equipment before.
