Session Time: 15 Minutes Light keeps our bodies in rhythm through controlling our hormones and circadian rhythm. When you do not get enough sunlight or have artificial light at the wrong time, our bodies become unbalanced. Some of the many benefits of light therapy include improved circulation, mental acuity, skin health & beauty, recovery & performance, sleep, thyroid health, hair production, and more. The room is private. It is recommended to wear nothing and let the light hit as much of your skin as possible for maximum benefits. We provide protective eye googles for use during your session. After your first session you may notice immedite relief if your issue is related to mood. If you are treating a chronic health issue or something that has been going on for a while, you may not notice much after your first session. Most people do report better sleep after their first session. You can do red light everyday if your schedule allows and you will see results quicker, but for most that is not possible. We typically recommend 2-4 times/week when you are treating something specific, but once a week can and has worked for prior customers!
