In this 4 week Level 2 Pole Dance Series we’ll continue developing the pole foundation you mastered in Level 1 by expanding your pole vocabulary, body awareness and strength in a more personalized learning environment. Each week we'll meet to cheer each other on as we practice fundamental pole skills including climbing, inversions, spin pole control, and more. Prerequisites: At least 4 pole dance experiences (for example completion of a Level 1 pole series or 4 drop in Level 1 classes) Heels optional; yoga mat and knee pads/leg warmers recommended
