Breath + Sound Bath Meditation is an opportunity to step beyond restorative yoga and into a meditation practice designed to nourish, restore and release what you need from the inside, out. This guided meditation will include breathwork, followed by a sound bath coupled with the use of essential oils to bring you into a pure state of tranquility.
