Lyrical Jazz Dance

About the Class

Lyrical Jazz Dance: Adult drop-in classes with new choreography each week. Includes simple warmups and technique exercises appropriate and challenging for all levels, across-the-floor combinations, and a choreographed routine. Class can be done in soft dance shoes, socks, or bare feet.   Taught by Rebecca Frost Mayer. Rebecca Frost Mayer is a choreographer, performer, and director with decades of experience throughout the U.S. With a background equal parts Dance and Theatre, she practices and enjoys many dance forms.
